Our tape-ins are buttery soft with a gorgeous natural luster. Made from the finest Raw South East Asian hair our bundles are collected from a single donor. The cuticles on our hair are aligned and intact which means there is little to no tangling or shedding. Our bundles are double drawn which means the ratio of long hairs to short hairs are far more than that of a typical bundle of hair meaning your extensions will be full from root to tip.

**** When coloring hair each result will vary slightly each donor's hair has different underlying pigment and characteristics, no color is ever going to be 100% the same even when using the same placement, techniques and products compounded by the fact that you are comparing it a photograph, subjected to different lighting conditions, on a screen whose color calibration varies from device to device.

Typically processing times range from 10-15 business days. We Offer Free 3-5 Day Shipping on all orders in the Continental US. Expedited Options are Available at Checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Our units are custom made, sourcing begins once you place an order, hundreds of dollars in raw materials and products are immediately set aside for your order and processing begins.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchasing, after that cancellations are subject to our discretion and may incur a fee.

We do not accept returns unless there is some extenuating circumstance that is our fault, for example if we sent a unit other than the one you purchased.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt per the carrier website. Once we are notified we will determine if your order is eligible for a return.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Returns Must be sent in unaltered, unworn, and in their original packaging, to qualify for a Refund.

In all other instances we will do everything we can to rectify any issues you have. For example if it is an instance where you want to adjust the tone or a would like a couple extra highlights added to your unit we will do everything in our power to accommodate any reasonable requests.
