Our Lace products come in a variety of sizes and styles, crafted using the highest quality Premium Unprocessed human hair and the ultra luxurious lace imported from Switzerland, by the most experienced artisans with the strictest quality control. We can guarantee will be some of if not the highest quality available on the market.
Our Ultra Thin High definition lace is our most bendable. Due to its thinness and transparency it can easily blend into virtually every skin tone and will allow for the most realistic unclockable melt into your skin. Is very thin and soft so it needs to be handled with extra care.
Our Transparent Swiss Lace is not as thin as our HD Lace and as a result is more durable. It is still very bendable with all skin tones and provides a natural finish while lasting a little bit longer. Suited for daily or long term wear.

**** When coloring hair each result will vary slightly each donor's hair has different underlying pigment and characteristics, no color is ever going to be 100% the same even when using the same placement, techniques and products compounded by the fact that you are comparing it a photograph, subjected to different lighting conditions, on a screen whose color calibration varies from device to device.
Shipping
Typically processing times range from 10-15 business days. We Offer Free 3-5 Day Shipping on all orders in the Continental US. Expedited Options are Available at Checkout.
Cancellations & Returns
Sourcing and production begins immediately after an order is placed, hundreds of dollars in raw materials and products are spent and set aside for your order when processing begins.
Because of the amount of money that has to be spent upfront and the hundreds of man hours that go into creating a custom hair piece. You can only cancel your order within 48 hours of purchasing, after that cancellations are subject to our discretion (based on what stage of production your unit is in) and may incur a fee.
All returns are evaluated on a case by case basis.
Any issues with your order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt per the carrier website. Once we are notified we will determine if your order is eligible for a return.
If your request for a return is approved, the unit must be sent back to the address that we provide, unaltered, unworn, and in its original packaging, to qualify for a Refund.
For in stock pieces, your original payment method will be refunded less any applicable restocking fees within 5-10 business days.
Custom Made & Final Sale orders usually do not qualify for refunds. If we make an exception and accept a return for one of these items, the piece will be listed and sold on our website, once it sells you will be refunded less any applicable restocking fees.
In all other instances we will do everything we can to rectify any issues you have. For example if it is an instance where you want to adjust the color or fit of your unit we will do everything in our power to accommodate any reasonable requests.
